Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unworn
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
All approved returns must be sent to our designated return warehouse only.
Returns sent to any other location will not be accepted.
Please do not send items directly to the manufacturer.
Return instructions and confirmation will be provided via email once your return request is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- custom-size jackets
- Customized or personalized products
Return Review & Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
- Contact your bank for confirmation

Taxes & Duties
Any customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Roscow Leather Studio is not liable for these charges.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly delivered

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item once it is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Order Tracking
- Registered customers can track orders through their account dashboard
- A tracking link will also be emailed once your order is shipped
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to activate
Product Appearance & Sizing
We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of leather.
We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before placing an order.
In some cases, product images may be shared via email for confirmation prior to dispatch. Orders are shipped only after approval. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or due to our error, an exchange or return will be accepted provided the product and packaging remain intact.
